The hotel offers spacious and exceptionally clean rooms, although they give misleading information at times. The service provided is very polite and helpful, making it a much appreciated aspect of the stay. The location is convenient, being right between two shopping malls and providing easy access to various attractions. The dining experience is good with a variety of food options available, with Vienna Beef hot dogs being a highlight.
The hotel was fantastic, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms located conveniently on level 7 near the club lounge for a great value of USD 15 per night. The service was outstanding, going above and beyond to accommodate us, especially in facilitating a room on a higher floor. The location was superb, nestled between Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon, offering easy access to shopping and entertainment. While the dining experience was good, it could have had a slightly better spread. Overall, a wonderful stay with great rooms and excellent service.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom and a huge shower, located on the 20th floor. The service was outstanding, especially with the chef Siti going above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. The location is perfect for shopping and exploring around George Town, being between two major malls. The dining experience was satisfying, although I wished for a slightly wider spread. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.
